Services

At Temlett Architects I will guide you through the RIBA project stages from initial feasibility studies to on site completion

Feasibility & Initial Design

Starting with your ideas and requirements, I can explore what may be possible with your property and within your budget.  This provides an opportunity to consider different approaches, layouts and possibilities before progressing further.

Planning Applications

I can prepare and manage your planning application, including householder, full planning and other relevant applications. I’ll advise on the information and drawings required, liaise with the local planning authority and coordinate with relevant specialist consultants, such as heritage, ecology, arboricultural and drainage consultants, where required.

Building Regulations

Once a design is established, I will prepare the detailed drawings and information required for Building Regulations approval, coordinating with structural engineers and other consultants where necessary. I will then liaise with Building Control throughout the approval process, helping to ensure everything is in place to progress your project to construction.

Construction

I can continue to support you through the construction stage, helping to ensure the design is delivered as intended. This can include answering queries from your builder, providing additional information where required and liaising with contractors and consultants throughout the build.

For clients who would like more involvement during construction, I can also provide site inspections and ongoing architectural support, helping to resolve issues as they arise and keep the project moving forward.
